General delivery and payment conditions
1. General
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing, all our deliveries are made in accordance with the present general sales conditions. By placing an order, the buyer irrevocably submits to these conditions and any conflicting conditions on the part of the buyer do not apply.

3. Prices
The only valid price is stated on the website: www.youawesomeyou.nl and on the sales invoice. Except for orders arising from a written quotation from You Awesome You that states the fixed prices, and which order was placed before the expiry date of the relevant quotation, the prices in effect on the date of delivery apply.
During the period of validity stated in the offer, the prices of the products and / or services offered will not be increased, except for price changes due to changes in the VAT rates.
4. Conformity and warranty
You Awesome You will take the greatest possible care when receiving and executing orders for products, as well as when assessing requests for the provision of services.
The place of delivery is the address that the customer has made known to You Awesome You.
If delivery of an ordered item proves impossible, You Awesome You will endeavor to provide a replacement item.
5. Acceptance, delivery time and cancellation
Placing an order automatically obliges delivery. The delivery period is given as an indication and can be changed without prior notice if necessary. Exceeding the specified delivery period can under no circumstances give rise to a right to compensation of any kind.
By placing an order, the customer automatically agrees to receive invoices by email in PDF. Invoices are not sent by post.
6. Order terms
6.1 Minimum order size
You Awesome You has no minimum order size. The order that is placed is visible for the final order excluding 21% VAT and shipping costs.
6.2 Collection of products
It is possible to visit us by appointment to collect the ordered items. Our warehouse is located at Vismarkt 40 in Groningen and can in principle be reached seven days a week.
7. Shipping, postage and insurance
Deliveries are delivered to your home at a visible postal rate on the webshop.
The actual shipping costs are charged for all orders. As standard, all our goods are shipped at the risk of the customer and UNINSURED. The buyer agrees that all damage and / or losses will be settled according to the standard conditions of the carrier.
8. Transactions and Payment Terms
Orders must be paid in advance, there is no payment term.
9. Resolutive conditions
You Awesome You is entitled to terminate an agreement without notice of default or judicial intervention if:
- the customer is or has been declared bankrupt;
- the customer applies for suspension of payment;
- the customer has been granted a moratorium on payments;
- customer loses authority over (part of) his assets due to seizure or another cause;
- You Awesome You has valid reasons to doubt the ability of the customer to (timely) fulfill his obligations
- customer acts in violation of one or more of these conditions.
10. Suspension / termination of services
You Awesome You reserves the right to suspend or stop the service to the customer in case of violation of the present General Terms and Conditions.
11. Returning defective items
Each item has been produced with the utmost care. Should it be the case that there are nevertheless production errors, the customer must contact us within 5 days after delivery and send images via info@youawesomeyou.nl. We will answer your mail as soon as possible and if everything indicates a poorly produced item, you can return it after consultation with us at our expense and you will then receive a new item or the item will be credited.
12. Returning articles
Items can be exchanged or returned within 14 days of receipt. The shipping costs for returning or exchanging items are borne by the customer. Returns must always be notified in advance by e-mail.
13. Complaints
Any complaints about shortcomings in delivery must be reported immediately after delivery of the order in question via info@youawesomeyou.nl, in any case within two days.
14. Waiver and jurisdiction
Failure to exercise one or more of these General Terms and Conditions or the non-strict application thereof does not constitute a waiver of rights. In the event of a dispute, the parties will take the necessary steps to resolve the dispute amicably. In the absence of a positive result, only the courts of the district of Leeuwarden are competent to hear the dispute.
15. Pictures
The images shown in our webshop are only an indication of the color. The depicted colors may differ from reality.
16. Mention of the point of sale for the B2B
To give a good impression of the You Awesome You collection, we only mention those points of sale that we think show a representative image of the collection. This means that at least half of the collection of cards is available at the point of sale and that orders are placed at least four times per calendar year. If this is not the case, it has no consequences for the purchase, but the name of the store will not be assigned to the sales points heading.
17. Termination of account for the B2B
If no order has been placed in one calendar year, the account will be terminated and a new request can be made.
