General delivery and payment conditions
Except for express written deviation, all our deliveries are made according to the present general sales conditions. By placing an order, the buyer irrevocably subjects these conditions and any conflicting conditions on the part of the buyer are not applicable.

The only valid price is stated on the website: www.youawesomeyou.nl and on the sales invoice. Except for orders resulting from a written quote from You Awesome You that states the fixed prices, and which order was placed before the expiration date of the relevant offer, the prices that are in force on the date of delivery apply. During the period mentioned in the offer, the prices of the offered products and / or services will not be increased, except for price changes due to changes in VAT rates.
4. Conformity and warranty
You Awesome You will take the greatest possible care when receiving and executing orders for products, as well as when assessing applications for the provision of services. The place of delivery is the address that the customer has made known to You Awesome You. If delivery of an ordered item proves to be impossible, You Awesome You will endeavor to make a replacement article available.
5. Acceptance, delivery term and cancellation
Placing an order automatically requires delivery. The delivery date is given for indication and may be changed without prior notice if necessary. An exceeding of the stated delivery period can under no circumstances give rise to the right to compensation of any nature whatsoever. By placing an order, the customer automatically agrees to receive invoices by email in PDF. Invoices are not sent by mail.
6. Order conditions
6.1 Minimum order size You Awesome You does not use a minimum order size. The order that is placed is visible for the final order excluding 21% VAT and shipping costs.
6.2 Pick up products It is possible to visit us by appointment to collect the ordered items. Our warehouse is located at the Vismarkt 40 in Groningen and is in principle accessible seven days a week.
7. Shipping, shipping and insurance
Deliveries are delivered at home at a visible postal rate on the web shop. The costs per package are € 6.95 and are visible on the webshop after logging in. The actual shipping costs are charged for all orders. All our goods are shipped at the risk of the customer and UNSURE. The buyer agrees that all damages and / or losses are regulated according to the standard conditions of the carrier.
8. Transactions and payment conditions
The first time order means to pay the invoice after which will be sent, for the following orders a payment term of 15 days after the invoice date applies.
9. Stay in default
If the customer has failed to meet a payment obligation, You Awesome You will send a payment reminder by e-mail, followed by a second reminder if the first payment request is not responded to on time. Additional costs will be charged. In the event of late payment, statutory interest will also be charged automatically and without notice.
10. Retention of title
All goods delivered by us remain our entire property until full payment of the existing debt, being principal, interest and costs.
11. Dissolving conditions
You Awesome You is entitled, without notice of default or judicial intervention, to terminate an agreement if: - the bankruptcy of the customer is or has been pronounced; - customer requests suspension of payment; - the customer has been granted a suspension of payments; - the client loses the authority over (part of) his assets due to seizure or any other cause; - You Awesome You have valid reasons to doubt the ability of the customer to (timely) fulfill his obligations - the customer acts in violation of one or more of these conditions.
12. Suspension / termination of service
You Awesome You reserves the right to suspend or discontinue service to the customer in the event of non-payment or late payment and / or violation of these General Terms and Conditions. Suspension or termination of the service does not release the customer from his obligation to pay the outstanding invoice (s) to You Awesome You and can not be a reason for any compensation or refund.
13. Return of defective items
Every article has been produced with the greatest care. Should it be the case that production errors nevertheless occur, the customer must contact us within 5 days of delivery and send images to email@example.com. We will answer your e-mail as soon as possible and when everything indicates a poorly produced article, you can return it to us after consultation with us and you will receive a new article or the article will be credited.
14. Return items
Items can be exchanged or returned within 14 days of receipt. The shipping costs for returning or exchanging items are at the expense of the customer. Returns must always be reported in advance by e-mail.
Any complaints about shortcomings in the delivery must be reported immediately after delivery of the relevant order via firstname.lastname@example.org, at least within two days.
16. Legal distance and jurisdiction
Not exercising one or more of these General Terms and Conditions or their non-strict application does not constitute a waiver of rights. In the event of a dispute, the parties will take the necessary steps to resolve the dispute amicably. In the absence of a positive result, only the Courts of the district of Leeuwarden are authorized to take cognizance of the dispute.
The images shown in our webshop are only indicative of the color. The colors shown may differ from reality.
18. Mention of point of sale
To give you a good idea of the You Awesome You collection, we only mention those sales points that we believe show a representative image of the collection. This means that at least half of the collection of cards is present at the point of sale and that at least four times per calendar year is ordered. If this is not the case, then it has no consequences for the purchase, but the name of the store is not included in the sales outlet.
19. Stop account
If no order has taken place in one calendar year, the account will be canceled and an application can be made again.
